Proposition H

Jan 9^th, 2008:

As we all know, the NRA Legal Team of TRUTANICH-MICHEL, LLP (at Ed Worley's direction) filed suit the day after the misguided voters of San Francisco passed Prop. H (citywide gun ban). We won that lawsuit and the City of San Francisco appealed to a higher court.

Once again NRA's California-based legal pit bulls headed to court, armed with the facts. Chuck Michel argued freedom's cause masterfully and today, we enjoy the victory.

The Court of Appeal's decision (3-0) is that WE WIN ON ALL COUNTS!!!!!

Thanks to Chuck Michel's legal team and thanks to Ed Worley for insisting that we file suit immediately, thereby eclipsing the gun-banners short-lived victory at the polls.
