Bucolic location and lots of parking!
Best to pull out a map of Marin and follow along with these instructions. First, head on 101 towards Petaluma. Take the East Washington off-ramp in Petaluma, turn left on East Washington and go through Petaluma. When you cross Petaluma Blvd., veer right onto Bodega Avenue and go west. About 7.5 miles out, turn left at Tomales Road, following the "Coast Guard Training Center" signs. About 3 miles out, turn right at Alexander Road (look for the second stand of tall trees on the right). Go for 60 yards and turn left into the parking lot.
Rates
Pay $10 to the rangemaster and you're all set for a great day of shooting.
Facilities
All facilities are outdoors.
Rifle ranges: 100, 200, and 300 yard.
Pistol ranges: 7, 15, and 25 yard
Trap field: available but you'll have to pull your own clays.

Culinary Side Note
Our reviewer, Ted Schulze, highly recommends Angels' Cafe in nearby Tomales for some after-shooting grub. It's a cozy little place with awesome homemade meatloaf sandwiches and homemade cinnamon rolls. If you like angels as well as great home cooking, you will flip over the Angels' Cafe.
Military Historical Side Note
Ted absolutely insists that you visit the "Military Antigues and Museum" at 260 Petaluma Blvd, in Petaluma. It bills itself as the West Coast's largest Militaria Shop. You want books, hats, helments, uniforms, non-functioning bazookas and submachine guns, and medals? It's there. It's open 7 days a week and admission is free.
